If you are not already an active member of this community, consider sharing in what we have to offer: Our parish is here to assist all who wish to know God more deeply. We serve the community through outreach, education, social activities, sacramental preparation, and comfort to the sick and those who mourn. Feel free to call on us if we may be of service to you in any way.
Come share your interests and religious faith with other people in your community in any of the following groups. Volunteers are always welcome...

You are invited to attend our meetings every Saturday at 9:30 am at the Parish Center, Room A, for discussion in a family setting.
At meetings we become instruments of the Holy Spirit through a balanced program of prayer and service. We plan such works as door-to-door evangelization, parishioner visitation, prison ministry, visitation of the sick or aged, crowd contact, religious education, visiting the newly baptized, Pilgrim Virgin Statue rotations, and meeting the other spiritual needs of the parish community. |

Our mission is to provide orphan children in Mozambique, Africa with food, health and education, and offer them the possibility to aspire to a better quality of life.
Our vision is to build a sustainable organization that continues and extends the reach of its help throughout Africa.
We count with the support of two prominent and very well respected leaders of two religious communities in South Florida: Fr. Federico Capdepón, pastor at Saint Martha’s Catholic Church; and Rabbi Mario Rojzman at Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus.

St. Martha's youth Group "The crusaders" is geared to all the teenagers (13-18 yrs. old) in our community. We are an active group in the church, community, and in the archdiocese of Miami. The crusaders were founded in June of 2003 and have participated in many activities to proclaim our Catholic faith. The crusaders are characterized for being a friendly, dynamic, energetic, and talented group of young people.
In 2003 we have participated in Pier Ministries to strengthen our faith, at Youth Day supporting the Marlins at a home game, hosted a September 11th ceremony in remembrance of fallen heroes, volunteered at various church activities, visited St. Maria's retirement home, visited the Vatican Exhibit at Ft. Lauderdale's Museum of the Arts, and organized movie nights. Let's not forget that the crusaders also enjoy sporting activities and have also participated in Volleyball and Flag Football tournaments with other church youth groups.
We are a self motivated group that has performed car washes and bake sales as fund raising methods to fund our activities and to assist the church.
